Like we squeeze a lemon for its juice, we can also squeeze our life into its essence. Knowing this you'd like to make the most of it and cut through its rough parts, throw away the peel,  and extract as many essence to get the best of it. But unlike a lemon there is only one you can process, the one you know of; Therefore recycle it as much as you can: Value and enjoy its sweetness; Love, affection, friendship, harmony and anything you find happiness in. Tolerate and learn from its acidity; Bitterness, disagreement, absence, clashing and injustice. Take care of its seeds; Conception, passing on the torch and the future. Pay condolence to those rough parts; harshness, disease and death. Embrace the stalk; Family and growing up. Compost its peel; Experience, knowledge and material possessions. And if you unfortunately don’t have one or more of these components, or if you aren’t satisfied with what you’ve got. I assure you that you at least got to feel some part of life, and that maybe there will be something good coming out of your mishaps.

... Listen closely. Your loved ones won't be here forever, so take time to meet up with them every now and then. Your family, friends and even people you know, please let them know you'll be there even if you feel defeated, ashamed, unworthy, unsatisfied or resentful. Leave your burden behind, rid of every grudge you hold and show'em you still care even if they don't express the same. Because in this life... NO AMOUNT OF PROWESS, NO AMOUNT OF FAME, NO AMOUNT OF LUCK, NO AMOUNT OF SUCCESS, NO AMOUNT OF MONEY, NO AMOUNT OF HEALTH AND NO AMOUNT OF BEAUTY WILL SPARE US FROM THE NATURAL CYCLE OF LIFE & DEATH. Forgive them and yourself although you find incompatibility or impossibility in this process don't give up and leave this chapter on a regretful cliffhanger. Finish this story on a high note if possible, atleast an acceptable end.
